How to toggle a POI light on? (Ravenhearst Mod)

I'm currently in the creative menu and I ask myself the question of how I can put the lamps that need no power in "on mode"?

I think both in the original game without mods as well as in the mod itself should be exactly the same. However, the lights are always off when I place them ...

how do I turn it on? (In the creativ menu)

Yes I found that too but either I did something wrong or it really does not work with the Ravenhearst mod.

I would test it in a vanilla game, RH modifies quite a lot of core game files.

Yes that's the problem. I also do not understand why these POI lights are not just "on and off" without electricity deposited in the game ....

I think they're more for the prefab editor. You can turn them on and off in the editor.
