how to spawn item with max stats? 
I use the giveself command but the stats are random, I would like to know the maximum damage of each weapon 

 
Get yourself 10 weapons of the same quality, the average or the value most often found should be the base damage. Add 15%, that is the max damage.

(The base damage can also be found in the XMLs, every quality step adds 10%)
