How to Respawn entities in POI after Killall Command

Hey Guys,

I had a catastrophic server error that forced me to kill myself to delete my bag with a bugged item in it, As a result all the POI's no longer have any zombies in them making the game no fun. Is there a way to reset all the POI's on the map so they once again have zombies in them?
