HOW to make TurrentSledge BETTER + Wood Spikes LOWEr in CODE entityclasses?

this is for turret sledge...WICH must i change to make it more stable (sorry for my english), when i shoot 4x on the turret its broken..thas not good..i want damage only 0,5%per shoot = 200shoots this its broken..not at 4shoots

and what must i change to make to wood spikes lower? sorry they are 2 stable..i want to make it only  60%
