PC How to get T4 quests?

How do I get Tier IV quests?

I'm gamestage 429 and the highest quests I get offered are Tier III quests.

Do I need to skill "The Daring Adventurer"?

Do I need to complete a bunch of T3 quests?

 
A bunch of T3 quests. I haven't counted but it feels like 4 or 5 quests completed per tier to unlock the next tier.

Tier 4's are my favourites. Not too big not too small.

Seems like I had to do 4 T3 quests to unlock T4.

Before unlocking T3 I seem to have done only one T2 quest.

For unlocking T2 I completed six T1 quests.

Kinda odd. Maybe an additional level gate? Cannot find anything regarding this in the xml.

 
Haven't counted how much i did to get quests of the next tier, but yes, just doing quests gives you the next tier after some quests.

I didn't do anything else.

So LBD is somehow back anyway. :D

Hopefully there will come something like a standing system to traders, which is affected by doing quests, trading... even negative when canceling quests and so on. Maybe something similar is already done in the background but not visible yet?
