PC How to generate one biome world only?

Hello folks

I know the title is pretty self explanatory, but i want to know how to generate a new random generated world with only one biome (winter only, desert only and etc...). Is it possible to do that with the new options in A20 world generating tool or i have to download some mods...?

Gen the world like normal.  Before going into the world via the game, find the data/worlds/worldnameyouused folder.

Edit the biomes.png file so that it's only the color biome you want. 

Profit.

...just make sure you don't join the game prior to this edit, and make sure you are using the *exact* color in the biomes.png file.
