How to disable the EasyAntiCheat Setting?

Singleplayer: Start with EAC off (using the game launcher)

Server: Change this in serverconfig.xml:

<property name="EACEnabled"	value="true"/>

to false

Found it, thanks. The option is in the first pop up when you start the game.

I have more questions:

- Ground level I assume it is the lowest level of the game.

1) If I want to make a house with a basement, do I have to design it in some special way or do I decide that part of the construction goes underground when it is placed in the world?

2) Buttons to descend do not work?
