How to change Opacity for Tool Belt and Back Pack

A20 Exp. I cannot hardly see the contents in the tool belt or Backpack.  Is there a way to change the Opacity?

No offense, but this is where you would normally look for this kind of thing.

changes were made from a19 - a20 and some people will have to go and reset or re-do their settings. this is a given on every major alpha build.


SylenThunder is correct of where to fix the settings for opacity.
