How might one go about changing the weather season. . . ?

One of the good 'things' about 7Days is its almost infinite game length: I expect most of us have favorite biome, and an initial base that they like, and they modify it enough to get past the first two or three horde nights. I do this, but then after a while - I get an idea for a "better" base - and often 'somewhere else'. . .  Well, it's December ATM, and sitting where my wife and I live - in southern Ontario, Canada - I look out of the window - and it's a "Pine Forest" biome. . .  but tomorrow - it might well will be the other one - "Snow". . .
I can imagine this happening in our game, too. .  After an apocalyptic event, such as the game depicts - that changing weather scenario might well apply in the Burnt Forest, and, as well in the Wasteland, too.  I reckon it would add a new and interesting dimension to the game. Snow and cold in the Burnt Forrest . . .  for two, three or four days, unpredictable . . . or a sweeping band of Snow moving across the entire map? I think we do something similar with rain ATM. Perhaps it might work in this manner with Snow too?  Would anyone like to put their technical opinions, thoughts or ideas to pen?

Thanks,  ATB,

I would seriously wait til the next version of the game when they do the weather update. (I believe is the next one on the road map) then you can see what they did and adjust your idea/s thoughts then.

but i believe some of it is in the biomes.xml you will want to look at for weather and there is an xml called weathersurvival as well you may want to look at

Ok - thanks, Stallion: I've played with the biomes.xml for a long time now, but am not anywhere near as close to the makers or the heart of this game as you are, and will do just as you suggest: I can see weather definitions (e.g. "rainy" or "foggy") that could use a "snowy" added on and shared into other biomes, but the ground 'look' and layering gets a bit more complicated. Earlier versions of the game had some serious consequences if one ignored the right clothing or base style, but now - thanks to the massive intrusion of the "find the schematics" gameplay - I haven't touched worldglobal or weather after a20, with  "weathersurvival.xml" not even being noticed by me. Duh.
Anyway - roll on the update! Thanks again. Your response is appreciated.
