How is this happening, what do i need to fix?

I am not sure why there is a paint brush icon in the top left hand corner of the icon of the log spike icon nor am I certain as to why the game allows the stack to surpass the limit of 500. Is there something that I need to change?

Since almost all of that is modded and not vanilla, I'd ask in the modding section for whatever mod(s) you're running
