PC How do you enable creative/cheat mode?

Playing on Xbox. 

Wanting to change one of my survival saves to enable cheat mode but can't find any helpful information on how to do that.

One thing that showed up in my search was a misc tab under options but that doesn't exist another was advanced tab under continue game options that doesn't exist either. 

I've specifically asked for Xbox but it seems the only answers I can find using Google (including results claiming to be for console) are all wrong or based on the pc version of the game. 

 
If you are talking about the 2016 version that you can buy today you can't change a already created world to allow cheat mode. When you create a new save you can select the cheat mode but it will disable achevments. If you are talking about the version coming out end of July. I don't know...

You can change some settings before loading a already made world but adding cheat or creative is not one
