How do I set up a macro to shoot a gun?

There was a cooldown, but people were ignoring it and firing 10 shots in a second.

I'd like to copy it myself

It's actually a weapons mod you can add to a gun but you need one part before you can craft it.

Step 1: Obtain a wrench

Step 2: Find a mine (usually near military bases)

Step 3: Wrench the mine to obtain the necessary part

Step 4: Craft the mod and add it to your gun

Profit!
