PC How do i finish my account without a kickstarter/paypal email?

i want to complete my profile, but any button i push backs me out of the completion thing instead of letting me continue. is that a Backer only thing?

 
I never entered that info myself, but I made my account many years ago. Fairly sure that is related to the original kickstarter campaign

 
The campaign ended in 2013. You are witnessing the benefits that it brang every time you load up the game.
