How can you add a new block shape?

Is this possible?

For some reason, there are no full corner blocks. For example, there is the "wood 1/4 corner" but there is no full version of this block - I would be immensely grateful if someone can find a way to add this block shape. Also useful would be a full version of the various "1/4 T SCTR" tetris shape.

 
you could make new blocks and add them as a mod using unity... one texture only dough and not sure if they ar paintable

 
My attempt to create a block-shape for A16 failed.

Maybe someone who knows special tags and plane rules. (they consist of separate planes)

 
im quite sure i've seen someone do a corner outside stair or something not much trouble, just making the shape in unity and xyth export metod.

not sure what you mean by the planes, tags i think only need the block tags as in xyth tutorial.

 
Yes, you can either make new block shape meshes in a tool like blender then add textures in Unity, or find the mesh shapes you want on the internet then texture those.

 
Silly me,the corner block I was looking for is there (of course) - stairs!

There is another block I could use. If you imagine a square, subdivided into 8 squares, then subtract one of the corner squares. I'm looking for these blocks because I try to make buildings with realistic 'thin' walls, rather than the big blocky walls that are normally used for some reason.

The other issue I'm having is that the doors and windows try to be in the middle of a 'big square' - is there a way I can adjust their alignment, so they go in the middle of the thin wall? So instead of indented a half block on the grid, they'd only indent a quarter block.

Make a copy of the block and offset in xml?
