This POI is hooked up for Clear and Fetch as a T1, and shows in Pregen08k02.
It is currently an empty piece of land and the POI thumbnail image confirms that.

BigAl from The Hive community picked it up as a Trader Quest and was met with nothing on the land space.

That is a WIP POI, and it should not have been available as a quest POI.
