I'm newish to the game on day 78 and my MP server just reset my base and lost a good amount of supplies, what can i do/ can be done to get these things back ? it also rest the roof and grass which is nuts ! lol

1. going to move to the support section since you didn't give any real details.
2. Read sticky threads before you post. Both the Bug Report section, and General Support have sticky threads that tell you exactly the steps you need to take before posting. You are supposed to be reading them first. This is common in almost every single forum in existence.

If you're on an MP server, it's likely that you were too close to a chunk that a server admin reset. Most likely you can't get anything back so in the future you will want to build farther from towns, roads, traders, POIs, to avoid your base being in an area that gets reset. Typically there are no "Perfect" spots that are far enough from everything.
If you can get anything back, you will probably need screen shots of your chest contents, work station inventory, etc so that they know what you had before reset. Without that they won't because it's an easy way for players to get free stuff.
