Horde Night ending early

The Blood Moon Horde finished before reaching the spawn num count of the stage.

I modded the max number to 99999 to last all night, but it ended early.

Reproduction Steps
1- Play any Horde Night
2- Kill all the zombies
3- Horde will finish before reaching the max number of zombies for that gamestage.
