does anyone else have trouble upgrading the second and higher blocks of a Holme Depot's corners? I have the cement AND cobblestone, so any rock-like building blocks should be upgradable (they register as Brick/2nd level cobblestone by HP and surrounding blocks)
it is only the corner blocks and not the walls, those are fine.
any advice? (I don't think its a system issue, because it's EVERY Holme Depot across a few test worlds, but other POI's with the same block scheme are upgradable, including corner blocks)
