A light or medium armor that focuses on making use out of all the trash scattered about.
Effects:
Helmet- + QUALITY of items from Trash (improves chances of getting more rare of items)
Outfit- + AMOUNT of items from Trash
(increases the amount of each item found)
Gloves- + Damage with knuckle weapons
Boots- (this one is debatable, I’ve been bouncing around ideas, the best of which is “Reduces chance of infection/ slow the effect of infection”)
Full Set Bonus- Higher chance of finding canned foods in Trash
”Trash” referring to any trash related loot container, from the smallest of trash boxes, up to the dumpster.
Appearance:
A lot of trash infused pieces. Perhaps some throwbacks to the old version by having a lead and brass trophy tucked into the belt.
Reason:
It definitely feels like there is room for other armor sets, and something like this makes sense. There are plenty of players that scrounge through EVERYTHING they see, even trash, which admittedly can have some hidden treasures here and there.
The farmer and scavenger set inspired this idea, as a utility set more than combat oriented.
After all, with how many trash containers are scattered around (good detail by devs!) plus the dumpster “the hobo treasure chest”, near many buildings, there is a lot to search.
Canned food is useful early game, and extremely nice to have late game for recipes. This would be a really nice set to help those items keep coming in, without needing to buy out every vending machine you see.
I know it would be something I would use personally!
