First.  Why is there no search option to find the part I want?  I really don't want to use parts if I have to scroll through every single one of them to find the one I need.  This seems like a massive oversight in editor, or am I just not seeing how to search up a part?

If I make my own parts, do I HAVE to start it with the name part_ to make it work? Reason being, if I make my own parts, is there a way to get them all to the front or end of the parts or list? 

You have no option but to click through Parts one at a time. What I have found works for me is to put off using any Parts until near the end of building a POI. Then I go through each part one by one to evaluate if I want to use it in whatever I'm building. I do one "lap" through all the parts (mine and TFP's) to pick and place them. In that way, the pain of clicking is minimized.

To make and use your own Part, the requirements are:

• The filename must be all lower case
  
• The filename must start with "part_"
  
• The 6 files for the Part must be in a Parts folder
  
  
  In your modlet, Prefabs/Parts
