30k is usually because you didn't exclude the client from security software. This is covered in detail in the Pined SUPPORT FAQ thread, as are issues with network latency/high ping.

Download the Ookla speed test program on your computer, run a speed test and post your results on here. I'm also wondering if your ethernet card is bottlenecking and bogging down when you host on your pc.
