ok so im having a bit of a problem. Im adding in recipes which is basic. so after i save the file and open game i keep getting this error. any help would be great.

2018-02-25T12:59:03 49.269 ERR Loading and parsing xml (Text node cannot appear in this state. Line 1, position 1.)

i used valmod. i added the very last recipe and now the game hangs up when it says loading items. here is the xml i edited

I don't have a copy in front of me but check the cases on the ingredients, since it's case sensitive.

Would you be able to post your items.xml as well? That goes hand in hand with recipes.

Make sure that you copied the whole name from Items If i had a nickle for every time i copied something and grabbed a extra " or left a letter out.

Ok dumb question here did u make the wildcard quest? If not I don't think it's gonna work as it's not able to find the quest

No. i did not. the stuff posted is all valmod. i was just trying to add in recipies.

i think i have figured it out. i can only use 3 items in the recipie.

i changed one and it works fine now.
