HELP WITH STORM/BLOODMOON LIGHTING

Hello fellow survivors,

My wife and I have an issue. We have been playing 7 Days for years but the blood moon and storm lighting has been a real challenge for us. She is photosensitive and the lighting during the storms and blood moons could cause her to have seizures. We tried some old mods but they don't work with this version of the game. I honestly hope that in the future the Devs can just allow us to toggle that feature, but in the meantime we just want to experience the game like everyone else. Is there any way yall could give us a hand? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Let me check my mods.  I recall having one that at least removed the storms for most of the game, but I don't think it touch blood moon nights.

I can also check the code as today to see if there is a way through xml to remove lightning effects during BM.

But alas, I have to work today to feed two growing boys so it will be awhile before I can look into it.

Turns out I never did one for removing storms from the game (just rain and fog).

Here you go, this will set probability of storms in the game to 0 for all biomes, just normal weather like default, fog, and rain (non storm version)

Doesn't affect BM unfortunately.

I know SCore has a "Remove flickering lights" feature, but I'm not sure if it covers lightning. Could try it out, and if it doesn't if you ask I'm sure sphereii could make it happen for you.
