PC Help with changing max spawn 64

I've used this post for reference back then and I didn't feel the need to use it for a while since we can set it up to 64 zombies for blood moon hordes now, but I was wondering how to edit the new gamestages.xml since it's not in notepad format anymore. I have 0 coding experience, so yeah. Hoping to set it up to 96 then 128 or maybe even higher if my PC and base can handle 128.
