I use winSCP to open serverconfig.XML
& then i use notepad ++ to edit server file only
My question is how/Where do i go from here to modify a tool file. Can i use these 2 programs to modify a tool file ?
I am new to Modding & do not know what file to get into to find tools.
If someone could give me step by step to get to tool file would be greatly appreciated.
