alguien sabe como solucionar el problema al intentar una nueva partida y seleccionar un pj que la consola tire erro y al abrir un mapa tambien erro

yo creo que alguna solucion debe haber , espero alguien me pueda ayudar , llevo meses sin poder jugar el juego . y ya intente borrar la carpeta save y tambien desde un launcher
