Help finding window that displays pop-up messages

Hi.  I need to move the window/rect/label (whatever it is) that contains the popup text for things like "leveled up"  "Quest completed", etc.  It appears just above the toolbelt.  I need to move it up about 20 pixel but I can't figure out which label it is.
