HELP！How to add sdx mods on a dedicated server

Try to install the sdx 0.7.3 on a dedicated server and two of the sdx mods(elevator and cctv), but not sure how.

The server console show this error message , how to get or set up the "settings.ini" .

Console:

SDX: Could not find sdx config file: '"D:\users\gsp_1642\7DaystoDieDedicatedServer\sdx\settings.ini"'. Using default settings
