PC have they removed the dev jetpack

i had one in my inventory but now its gone and i cant find it on the creative menu anymore which is a shame as i liked been able to run really fast alpha 18

 
I always thought an awesome Mod for this game would be to change the skill trees to Xmen powersets and add things like super jump or wolverine claws etc.

Seems like way too much work for me to do but it'd be silly.

The Dev Rocket boots were what gave me that idea.
