PC Harvesting with wrench without perk gives too much loot

Just for information, I think the "harvesting" ability is wrongly set. Without affecting a single point in this skill, I am drowning in the materials (day 40).Unless we can reduce this yield by lowering the loot rate?

NOPE. Not enough info. You didn't show your complete base or anything. You never talked about your current electric setup. One gas generator will use up to 6 engines. Some of us have 10+ concrete mixers so it'll use a big chunk of your engines. 1 battery bank will use up 6 of those batteries. You didn't show your level. At higher levels (and higher perks) you'll be able to make more items that require some of those parts.

An auger and/or chainsaw will burn through the repair kits (aka those oil) if you like to mine a lot or have huge tree farms.

You're also only on day 40 which is still considered low to some of us. Survive longer (and be higher level) and you'll face bigger/tougher enemies which will burn through your components.

Just because you appear to hoard things doesn't mean the (wrench) drops are OP.

Finally, I'm sure on some MP servers those numbers are considered low.

I don't find the OP's results consistent with what I've experienced.

Different games I've gotten different results.

I've had a couple games where I got a lot of engines because I focused on getting them.

I've played other games where I couldn't get an engine to save my life.

I'm not completely convinced the wrench needs to be nerfed just yet.
