Windows Got killed during Intro to Buried Supplies quest. Can’t get jobs from Rekt.

Got killed by a lumberjack while doing the Intro to Buried Supplies quest. Had just started a new game with 2.3. Went back to Rekt to try again, but he won’t give any jobs. Not a special, not a regular, nothing.
 
The statemachine for quests gets broken in certain instances. In such cases quitting out of the game and entering back in should resolve the issue.
