PC Good sources for Paper and Brass?

I know you can make paper; the costs aren't cheap when glue is useful for so many things. So any good sources for Paper and Brass? I know you used to be able to wrench brass fittings in POIs; anything else I am missing new in 16 or 17?

 
Wrench cars

* batteries for lead

* Cooler for brass

Paper i get often by Mailboxes and scrap old money

(and as hek harrys just posted, scrap the poi "paper mil")

Wrench cards for a full day and you should come home with ~100 Radiators

But you will run out of cars

Also try the Burnt Forest Biome. Those dilapidated structures that appear all over it have a decent chance of having a brass faucet you can grab with a pick.

But you will run out of faucets.

So yeah, long term Brass is finite. I guess that is why Steel Ammo is in teh game. We have long since switched over the Steel casings because there just isn't enough brass, and since auto turrents only take brass ammo, we reserve all brass we find for those.

 
I'm not sure how I feel on the ammo mechanic. I'd almost prefer turrets to be drop n forget like Fallout 4 sometimes. Just have to maintain your power source and keep it repaired.

Not sure how to balance ammo needs with a tower defense type game where you need to maintain lots of automated defenses. I mean what would be the sweet spot of ammo supply?
