I am extremely pissed off at this game! I was on day 130 with tons of hours in game play. And it glitched and reset my house to like it was day one again ALL of my supplies and everything I had gathered and crafted its all gone everything is lost!

 
Did you update? If so thats why. 

You shoudl restart every single experimental because stuff happens between versions. They made changes to sleeper spawns so its likely your house reset because of that.

If you dont want to restart every update you should wait until a Stable build is released.

 
Always create a save file and back up after each session. Hell back up every hour or so. The game benefits from a reboot every now and then so it is a win win.
