Last night we were messing around and spawned a mountain lion in a cage in the basement of our house. It was agro on us trying to break through the cage so as a random idea to calm it down we held cat food and it calmed down and stared at the person holding the cat food! We were trying to figure out of we could feed it. I know we can't tame animals, but this was very interesting.
The person holding the cat food took it out and put it away multiple times, and each time the mountain lion appeared to react to it. Calm and staring when the cat food was out. Attacking when it was away.
Today after work I got on to retest it and could not recreate it. I'm thinking the lion attacks in waves, and we just happened to take it out and put it away in sync.
So this makes me think, animals reacting the specific items would be cool! And possibly the ability to tame them!
