Ghost Blocks and Floating Trees

So I am currently on v1.0 (b333) and am working creatively on a map for a server I am planning to open but I am running into a small issue and I am not sure how to fix it. I have what I call "Ghost Blocks" and floating trees in the area I dug out with the super digger admin tool. I have tried restarting the server several times, closing my client entirely, restarting the server PC and the client PC, and even dug out around the areas to see if they just visually glitched but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Did you ever find a solution for this?

Currently experiencing the same issue.
