PC Gardening Trouble - help wanted

anyone know why my garden can't be planted any more?

I grew 2 separate crops on two floors already both grow fine and now - see picture

the hole you see is the light shaft and now where on floor will allow me to plant

Is it just the one spot you can't plant on anymore or more?

All I can think of is that one of the light shafts got obstructed, by fallen debris or something else on the surface, assuming all of this is completely underground.

Also one tip, looking at your layout: Light shafts can actually cover 7x7 spots.
