gardening hoe

so I've been looking everywhere and not found a single answer...

and sorry if this is in a wrong folder or something.. new to this xD

I want to make a gardening hoe, but it says I need a recipe..

is this found in the "wild" or is there a skill I need for it?

I know you can find a gardening hoe, but it seems I'm out of luck with this xD

You get the ability to create one through the perks. I forget which one offhand though, and I'm not able to look while at work.

ok, so I finnaly figured it out.. you can make it after getting the perk which enables you to craft iron tools, and the reason I couldn't make it was because I had recently died and had the "near death" trauma.. *facepalm*
