Windows Game version Xbox

I have the game on Xbox PC. I opened it today to play, and it automatically updated to version 2.1. Now I can't play with my friends on their 2.0 server. Can I downgrade my game to version 2.0? I haven't found a way. And if there's no other way than upgrading the server to version 2.1, will the saved worlds on the server be lost?
 
Seemingly this is a mistake on the Microsoft store. Only Steam should have access to experimental builds for the game. Those on Console and the Microsoft PC store can not switch between versions, so just sit tight for right now. TFP has been notified.
