Game Unplayable with NullReferenceException

So my game save is now done for, I am unable to play the game withe an error that will not go away, if anyone has any help here.

"NullReferenceException Object Reference not set to an instance of an object"

This is the error I am getting and whenever I load up it carries on, Can anyone shed some light on this?

 
So I have found a way to remove the constant error but still makes part of the game unplayable, let me explain

So there is a specific part of the map where this error occured and as soon as I go near it I get the error and it doesn't allow me to move so in order to render this problem I have to enable dm mode and teleport to another part of the map then the error stops and I can carry on as normal but if I go back to the same spot it does it again.

 
Do you happen to have something crafting in a workbench/forge/etc. in that chunk? I logged out while crafting a load of 9mm ammo in a workbench and got this error when I reloaded the game. As soon as I stopped the crafting process, the error messages stopped. Never happened again after that.

 
Is this a new save game from b221 or a save from a previous build?

I have the exact same problem. Made the world in b208 with a blank seed. The error is caused somewhere in the east part of the southernmost tundra city.

Not crafting anything or doing anything else

How do you teleport and does it make it so you can't get achievements?

If your playing from a save made in b208, I assume that is where the null ref problem is coming from. It is not compatible with b221 and requires a wipe and new start.

 
Any chance you built in the area with arch blocks or any of the brick blocks they added in A16? I had this error in A16 and we traced it to those. Was very easy to reproduce as well. These days we avoid arches and brick blocks.

 
For each expermeently build you need to delete the save and the world, and start a new one, as major changes are happening still and using a old world/save can cause these issues to happen, as its looking for something that is now no longer there, or moved in the xmls into a new position.

To delete worlds: go to 7 days to die/Data/Worlds and delete them, they will be named whatever the random name generator says it is when you go to make it. Don't delete navezgane though, as thats the static map. For example my world is Boreku Valley, so in the worlds folder there is a folder called Boreku Valley, I'd just delete that and poof world is gone.

A good portion of the devs time is wasted in the bug reporting thread due to idiots reporting bugs when they are using old worlds/saves with the newest build, when it says in big red letters to start a new save/world each build.
