Logged on today and played A17 for several hours. Logged on just now and my game is back at Day 1, like a brand new game, all progress lost. I've been playing all week and nothing unusual has happened; my progress has been being saved correctly until today.
I searched the forums and found the information about fixing corrupt game files in the post "Support FAQ: Information and Common Solutions" under General Support. It was posted 2/9/18 and I'm just wondering if I missed additional information posted more recently.
I had this problem repeatedly on console and on PC a few times but not for a long time. I was never able to recover any games and always started over. I can start over again but I thought I'd ask first.
Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
