Game doesn´t start and is flagged as background process by Task manager

Hello!

I bought the game today and after downloading and trying to start it nothing happens.

When i open task manager i can find it in the background processes section, which i think is weird.

Nevertheless, the game never pops up.

Can someone help me figure this out?

Did you try restarting your PC?

Are you starting the dedicated server client by accident?

How are you starting the game?

 
I tried different approaches, but not restarting my PC. Somehow this seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you for your help!
