My game keeps crashing on loading particles in V1.0 and in Alpha 21 it crashes when i am joining a server and it loads shaders. I would like to fix this as i cannot get a refund at this point and i would like to play i too. I have reinstalled and verified game files multiple times too. (this might be in the wrong thread but the moderator who told me i was posting in the wrong thread never said the RIGHT thread but they mentioned console players- so here i am)

Couple of things
1 - this section is for the console game (PlayStation and Xbox)
2 - The moderator didn’t tell you that you were in the wrong section, they posted a link to the pinned topic that you should read in the general support section before posting a new topic there, as it explains in good detail what information you need to provide in your post to get assistance - like computer specs and logs - it even tells you how to post the logs
