Game correct not show up (can't play)

I turn on game and it is how looks my screen. I can't do nothing.

I try uninstall game and hope this settings get reset but not.

It happend when game turn on i use alt+tab and see only small belt so i force full screen in windows (alt + enter) and happend it.

Game is on Steam.

someone have any idea how to solve it ?

It would be good if you stated how you solved it so others can know.  My guess would be that you fixed an incorrect resolution setting using the Unity Screen Selector in the game Launcher tools.
