Besides that, that are just some themes... i don't see where the "fun" comes neccessarily from, just because it's e.g. a casino.

And it's not just one from your list that is already in the game, MANY of them are already in the game. Maybe they just don't look like you would expect. Then return to the first line of my reply.

I'm quite sure TFP already had such ideas, it's just a time/manpower problem for building them.

And first, second, thrid and fourth or even eigth variation of one POI "theme" is also very inspiring. So overally inovative, i'm sure nobody else had that idea before.

Sorry if you don't like my answer, but just putting down a list with one-word-ideas is useless. I could even double the list by my ideas but... it's pointless and they are not so extraordinary, nobody might have tought about already. The problem is, nobody is making them. And giving obvious ideas will not change this.

Maybe the Compopack is what you are looking for. I haven't fully inspected it, but i guess even more ideas of yours are already realized there.

I really want a Pentecostal church filled with business zombies and rattle snakes. You walk in, you see all the loot at the alter, then HISSSSSSSSSSSSS 300 snakes fall out of the ceiling and a bunch of zombies come out of the wood work. 

also a truck stop that is the entrance to an underground Aztec pyramid filled with stripper zombies. 

We also need a candy factory now, since candy is part of the game.

It's needed. I had a proposal for a feral version of the screamer, known as a siren, and if you get too close to her, your movement gets slowed and you can't aim properly. Having a poi filled with those would be awesome.
