FSR not working well on the new Vulture model, the feathers get all fuzzy and blurry (artifacting) when flying.  Over all FSR working well.

Is this FSR 3.1 or older version ?  Oh can you add a separate option for FSR than hiding it in AA options ?

 
I haven't noticed any problems with FSR Ultra, but I may just not have paid attention.  I usually kill them so quickly that they could have programs without me noticing.  Besides your settings, what GPU are you using?  It could be related, and could also be related to your driver version.
