Freeze Ingame on Dedicated Server

Hello,

The game of my Friend Freezes, several Times we play on a Dedicated Server. With Mods or without, but everythings keep up freezing but she is not. 
We tested several Solutions, like EAC deinstalled and reinstalled, 7d2d ne installed and Windows is new installed.

We would like to play the game, we can play when i don´t use a Dedicated Server but this isn´t a solution for us.

The error message in the first picture seems to suggest that she is using some voice service with two different programs, but I would not expect this to generate freezes. All other pictures have harmless warnings.

So, yes we need the logfiles. Preferably from the client and the server
