Hello,
I am getting very bad frame stuttering which making the game difficult to play. I have turned everything down to high for the most part in Graphics. I have the latest Nvidia drivers. I have done a file check.
I other games such as Warzone at 180+ FPS  Nvidia 4070 TI.  Intel I-9.  13th Gen

Just coming back to 7 Days, fresh install with new games. I have a lot of hours in game and have not previously experienced this type of frame rate stutter or overall poor performance graphics wise.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

Other games aren't fully 3D Voxel and only rely on your GPU. 7 Days on the other hand is primarily CPU-bound. This is covered in detail in the Pinned Support FAQ Thread along with several other tips like excluding your client and save folders from security software.
"Intel I-9" doesn't say anything either as that covers multiple generations of CPU's. Two of which are well known to have issues.

At a minimum, do the needful and post a log. The Pinned threads exist for a reason.

Probably storage speed unloading/loading new chunks. Make sure the save folder and install folder are on an SSD

GamePref.OptionsGfxVsync = 1

Test if you get better results if you turn off ingame VSync.
If yes, you should use Nvidias VSync in Control Center instead. Or use the Frame Limiter (also in Control Center) @60 fps - this could help a lot...

And don't forget the antivirus exclusion for the game and save game folders - there are many HTTP warnings in your logfile.
