PC Found a ratchet wrench

If I'm correct the ratchet is tier 2 and the impact driver will be tier 3. 

I'm on day 12 and have just barely found a level 3 wrench so I'm guessing I'm a lil ways off from the ratchet 🤷

 
I found one. It ended up in my toolbox, since the level 6 wrench was better even before mods, and it had a lot more slots ... WIP though :)
