FormatException: transferring save data onto fresh PC

I just finished cleaning my pc and saved my 7 days to die save folder so that I could transfer my save. While "Initializing World" the error
"FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format." shows up. Attached is the output log for this issue. Has anyone had this problem? I'm not sure what's going wrong. I extracted my game data into 7daystodie>Saves>Navezgane and it shows up fine in game. Just can't get past initializing world.

My guess would be that something is missing.  Did you copy the entire contents of %AppData%\7DaysToDie ?
