PC Food poisoning.

Hi there,

To my knowledge food poisoning level 1 was cured with honey.

I ended up with level 2, for which I needed antibiotics.

Somehow, I lost the food poisoning. Is there a random chance of being cured? I had this multiple times now, but can't find a source on this.
